Shipping Policy

ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are processed within 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES

Domestic shipping is available within Canada for a $25 flat rate.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES

Shipping outside of Canada varies by order. An invoice for shipping is emailed to you after an order is placed. Orders are shipped after the shipping invoice is paid. To learn more about shipping rates to your region, email us at celtaemusicart@gmail.com.

LOCAL DELIVERY

HOW DO I CHECK MY ORDER STATUS?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 30 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at celtaemusicart@gmail.com. with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

SHIPPING TO P.O BOXES

All orders are shipped by Canada Post. We can ship to P.O boxes.

RETURNS
